This year, the Ministry of Agriculture welcomes spring with the grand opening of the 92nd Spring Flower Exhibition at the Agricultural Museum, featuring more than 160 exhibitors and entrepreneurs. Held in partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the exhibition invites visitors, experts, and enthusiasts from around the world to immerse themselves in a vibrant display of flowers, plants, and sustainable innovations.</p>
<p><br />Launched in 1930, the exhibition has blossomed into an annual tradition that heralds the arrival of spring and coincides with the joyful spirit of Easter.<br />As part of our special coverage, Nile FM spoke with Engineers&nbsp;<strong>Amr Tamoum,</strong> and <strong>Ahmed Mostafa</strong>, one of this year&rsquo;s featured participants.</p>

<p>Amr has been taking part in the exhibition since 2012, making this his 13th year. He shared his experience and spoke about some of the rarest and most expensive plants on display.<br />"One of the flowers that always catches visitors&rsquo; eyes is the Bougainvillea, thanks to its rich and interwoven colors," said Amr. Prices are variable, some would exceed 100,000 EGP. This exhibition is one of the most important events for plant lovers, showcasing rare and exotic varieties you won&rsquo;t find anywhere else. But it&rsquo;s important to know that these plants need special care and attention, especially if you're planning to take one home."</p>

<p>Basmah Osman had us all reaching for our notebooks after her inspiring appearance today on The Big Breakfast Show with Rob and Nadine, live from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Nile FM. The conversation quickly turned into a powerful deep dive into self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment. Basmah shared a message that set the tone for the entire interview: <em><strong>&ldquo;If you change your mind, you can change your life.&rdquo;</strong></em></p>
<p>Basmah, an executive Coach and a Managing Partner at elleKhan Division of FekrKhan, is also serving as a jury member at the upcoming International Women&rsquo;s Summit. With a decade of experience at the Federation of Egyptian Industries, she later transitioned into the world of executive coaching and has since become a strong voice in the women&rsquo;s empowerment movement.</p>
<p>When asked how she defines success, Basmah reflected, &ldquo;Success in life is about asking yourself&mdash;who do I want to be? I want to do this, I want to be this.&rdquo; She emphasized the importance of self-awareness as a catalyst for building confidence and making informed life choices.</p>
<p>But what if you're uncertain about your path? Basmah encourages asking yourself, &ldquo;What are my options and resources?&rdquo; Every step forward, she says, is either a move in the right direction or a lesson that helps clarify what you truly want. Disappointment, while difficult, is often an inevitable part of the journey&mdash;but it also prepares you for what's next.</p>
<p>She highlighted the power of failure and starting over: &ldquo;If I haven&rsquo;t been through difficult experiences, how can I empathize with others?&rdquo; According to her, pain and setbacks are not just part of life&mdash;they&rsquo;re essential to understanding it from a human perspective.</p>
<p>On the topic of imposter syndrome, Basmah shared candidly, &ldquo;I&rsquo;m 60 years old and I still get it.&rdquo; That voice in your head that questions your worth is just your mind trying to keep you in the comfort zone, she explained. The key to overcoming it? Focus on taking one step at a time&mdash;almost like manifesting success.</p>
<p>As she prepares to sit on the jury panel at the International Women&rsquo;s Summit, Basmah shared how she gears up for public speaking: &ldquo;I do prepare, but I also read the room. Every audience is different.&rdquo; What excites her the most? &ldquo;Discovering the hidden gems&mdash;meeting women from different industries feels like a treasure hunt.&rdquo;</p>
<p>She also made a powerful statement on women&rsquo;s representation: &ldquo;If women aren&rsquo;t given space, they&rsquo;ll create their own.&rdquo; And she urged companies and stakeholders to diversify their teams: &ldquo;The world can&rsquo;t run on just 50% of its population. <p>Nesma has officially been selected to participate in the prestigious Hollywood Arab Film Festival. The moving short follows 12-year-old Nesma, who pretends to be Olfat convincing everyone around her that Olfat is still alive in a desperate attempt to avoid returning to the shelter.</p>
<p>Nile FM interviewed the talented debut director Rahaff Ahmed, who opened up about the emotional roots of her first film, the challenges of bringing it to life, and what this milestone means for her career.</p>
<p><strong>How did you feel when you first found out that your short film, Nesma, had been officially selected for the Hollywood Arab Film Festival?</strong></p>
<p>I was overwhelmed with emotion. Nesma is my first short film and also my graduation project, so hearing that it got into an international festival like the Hollywood Arab Film Festival was surreal. I didn&rsquo;t expect it, it felt like a reward after months of effort, uncertainty, and pouring so much of myself into the film.</p>
<p><strong>What does this milestone mean to you personally and professionally, especially as your first short film?</strong></p>
<p>Personally, it means the world. Nesma is a very intimate story for me, rooted in real emotions I&rsquo;ve been dealing with. So seeing it reach others on such a scale is deeply moving. Professionally, it&rsquo;s a big step forward. As someone just starting out, I honestly didn&rsquo;t expect the film to make it into a festival like this, but it did, and that gave me the motivation to keep going and continue developing the stories I want to tell.</p>
<p><strong>Can you walk us through the journey of creating Nesma&mdash;what inspired the story, and what message did you hope to convey?</strong></p>
<p>The story was born out of personal grief. Two years ago, I lost my grandmother shortly after filming a documentary about her. That loss stayed with me. I found myself avoiding it and at the same time being consumed by it. Nesma is my attempt to give shape to that feeling of being caught between denial and pain. Like me, Nesma is just a child trying to navigate a harsh reality she didn&rsquo;t choose. I wanted to explore what it means to survive emotionally in a world that doesn&rsquo;t pause for your grief.</p>
<p><strong>What were the biggest challenges you faced during the making of the film?</strong></p>
<p>Directing a child actor was both the biggest challenge and a beautiful part of the process. Habiba, who played Nesma, is incredibly smart and intuitive, but as a child, she needed a lot of emotional guidance. Working with Meriam Altahawy, Habiba&rsquo;s acting coach, was a game-changer. She played a key role in helping Habiba tap into the character&rsquo;s emotions in an organic way. Balancing the emotional depth of the story with a young performer required patience and a lot of trust.</p>

<p>Definitely. I owe so much to Alia Ibrahim, who developed the story with me and wrote the script. She understood my emotional starting point and helped translate it into a powerful narrative. I&rsquo;m also grateful to Ali El Arabi (Producer) and Rodrigo Brum (Project Supervisor) for their support and belief in the project from the beginning.</p>
<p><strong>How do you see this achievement shaping your next steps as a filmmaker? Are there new projects you&rsquo;re working on or thinking about?</strong></p>
<p>This recognition has definitely given me more motivation to keep going. Right now, I&rsquo;m working on a new short film called Heat. It was selected for Cinephilia&rsquo;s Workroom in January 2025. I&rsquo;m currently in the writing phase, and the story is much more intimate and emotionally raw.</p>
<p><strong>What do you hope international audiences will take away from Nesma, especially now that it's being screened at a global festival?</strong></p>
<p>I hope they leave thinking about the reality of how we often don&rsquo;t process grief properly. Life keeps moving forward, even when you feel completely stuck or shattered. When a child experiences something like that, it becomes even more complicated and isolating. Nesma is a 12-year-old girl doing everything she can to hold on to the little safety she has left. The story isn&rsquo;t about solving grief; it&rsquo;s about what happens when you&rsquo;re forced to carry it too soon, and how survival sometimes looks like pretending everything&rsquo;s okay when it&rsquo;s not.</p>
<p>&nbsp;From personal loss to international acclaim, Rahaff Ahmed&rsquo;s cinematic voice has struck a universal chord. If Nesma is any indication, her journey as a filmmaker is only just beginning.</p>

<p>After her special appearance accompanied the official French delegation with President of France Emmanuel Macron during his recent visit to Egypt, the opera singer, Egyptian mezzo- soprano Farrah El Dibany, became the talk of the world after her name quickly topping Google Trends.</p>
<p>&ldquo;Nile FM&rdquo; caught up with the Egyptian mezzo-soprano &ldquo;Farrah El Dibany&rdquo;, who&rsquo;s become a symbol of cultural diplomacy, to talk about the unforgettable moments behind the scenes, what it means to sing for world leaders, and how her diverse background has shaped her into the global artist she is today.</p>
<p><strong>Your name quickly topped Google Trends after the event &mdash; how did that public response make you feel?</strong></p>
<p>First of all, I knew from you that I was trending &mdash; I hadn&rsquo;t even checked! Thank you for letting me know. Honestly, it made me feel very touched and appreciated. I didn&rsquo;t expect all of this, but I quickly realized how important the visit was for Egypt, for France, and for the relationship between these two countries.</p>
<p><strong>You mentioned on social media how proud and deeply grateful you were to contribute to strengthening the ties between Egypt and France. Could you tell us more about what that moment meant to you personally?</strong></p>
<p>That moment, especially because I met both presidents &mdash; Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and Emmanuel Macron &mdash; made me feel like I&rsquo;ve reached what I&rsquo;ve always dreamt of: dialogue, peace, love, and understanding. Bringing people together. That&rsquo;s been my mission even before I knew I wanted to be a singer.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I&rsquo;m honestly very proud to be representing both. I&rsquo;m proud that the French chose me to represent Egypt &mdash; because they know how appreciated I am here in Egypt. And I&rsquo;m just as proud that Egyptians see my French side and recognize my place in French society. It&rsquo;s a beautiful balance. The President of France always introduces me as &ldquo;The Egyptian&rdquo; not the international which makes me very proud of my own identity.</p>
<p><strong>This wasn&rsquo;t your first encounter with President Macron. You sang the French national anthem alongside him and his wife after his re-election, and again before the World Cup Final in 2022. How would you describe your relationship with France and its leadership?</strong></p>
<p>I would describe it as very positive and full of mutual respect. They appreciate my art, my persona, my work. And I appreciate what they are doing to promote my art and to help and support what I do as an artist. Because what I like about France is that they always promote culture and sports. And they always support anyone from any nationality, no matter where you&rsquo;re from I&rsquo;ve always felt valued</p>
<p><strong>You&rsquo;ve performed in front of world leaders, at globally watched events like World Cup, and The World Youth Forum, how do you prepare for such high-pressure, high-profile performances?</strong></p>
<p>I sang the national anthem at President Macron&rsquo;s re-election celebrations and again ahead of the 2022 World Cup Final. Also at the UNESCO&rsquo;s 75th. There were 30 presidents from all over the world, including His Excellency President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in the audience.</p>
<p>Then I sang in another event with high-profile presidents and leaders such as Hillary Clinton and President Macron at the Arab Institute in Paris. I also performed in front of royals from Jordan, Bahrain,<a href="https://ibb.co/JWD40WBs"><img src="https://i.ibb.co/DP0ysPVR/Photo-09-04-2025-12-41-25-PM.jpg" alt="Photo-09-04-2025-12-41-25-PM" border="0" /></a> and Saudi Arabia. And of course, in front of the first lady of Egypt and the first lady of Oman, Sultanate of Oman. So, as you've said, not always easy to perform in front of royals and presidents because it's a different mood and different energy. What I do is that I always go on stage thinking I'm singing to a human being. So no matter what his position is, at the end of the day, he or she is a human with feelings. And what I have to do, as I always do, is get to their feelings, to touch them from the inside with my music and with my voice.</p>
<p><strong>During this recent visit, was there a specific moment, conversation, or gesture &mdash; from President Macron or President El-Sisi &mdash; that moved you?</strong></p>
<p>Yes, actually. When I met both presidents, the first thing President El-Sisi told Macron was, &ldquo;We&rsquo;re very proud of Farrah, we know that you enjoy her voice&rdquo; Macron replied, &ldquo;of course...She&rsquo;s a reincarnation of Dalida&hellip;she a big diva, she is our diva.&rdquo; Then El-Sisi added, &ldquo;yes, she's our diva, Egyptian diva.&rdquo; And then they laughed and it was very nice. And President Sisi continued, &ldquo;She is our ambassador.&rdquo; And Macron agreed, &ldquo;She&rsquo;s our ambassador too &mdash; an ambassador of arts and culture.&rdquo; That moment gave me goosebumps. I&rsquo;ll never forget it.</p>
<p><strong>What was the most memorable part of accompanying the French delegation? Was there anything unexpected that made the experience even more special?</strong></p>
<p>There was a beautiful, spontaneous moment during our visit to the French Institute of Oriental Archaeology. It was past midnight. President Macron found lyrics of a Dalida song, looked at me and asked, &ldquo;Who sings this?&rdquo; I said, &ldquo;Dalida,&rdquo; and started singing. Then he joined in. We sang the whole song together. It was light, fun, and full of meaning. It felt very human and real.</p>
<p><strong>Your voice and presence have become a symbol of cultural diplomacy. In your opinion, how can classical music and opera help build bridges between nations?</strong></p>
<p>Classical music is a universal language. Opera isn&rsquo;t just about the words &mdash; it&rsquo;s about the emotions, the phrasing, the voice. I&rsquo;ve sung in places where people didn&rsquo;t speak the language at all, but they still felt it. That&rsquo;s the magic of opera. It touches something beyond language, people don&rsquo;t understand the language, they understand the feeling of opera.</p>
<p><strong>You've sung in several languages &mdash; Italian, French, German &mdash; and you&rsquo;ve studied in Berlin while holding a degree in engineering. How has your international background shaped you as an artist?</strong></p>
<p>It shaped me in every way. Architecture, especially, taught me structure, depth, and the importance of preparing with a concept. It trained me to approach a performance like a crafted piece of art. And being multilingual opened so many doors &mdash; I&rsquo;ve sung in over ten languages, including Arabic, Spanish, Japanese, and Russian.</p>

<p>Performing in Egypt is like singing to a big family. The audience doesn&rsquo;t just come to hear the music &mdash; they come to see me. There&rsquo;s a deep emotional connection that feels like home. Abroad, it&rsquo;s more about discovery. But in Egypt, it&rsquo;s about belonging.</p>
<p><strong>What would you say to young Egyptian women and artists who look up to you, those who see your journey as proof that dreams can cross borders?</strong></p>
<p>Don&rsquo;t follow trends. Discover your own dream, your own voice. It&rsquo;s okay to be different. Be proud of your identity and roots &mdash; they will carry you further than you imagine.</p>
<p><strong>Finally, what's next for you? Any exciting performances, collaborations, or projects we can look forward to?</strong></p>
<p>I&rsquo;m off to Jordan and China. I&rsquo;m also working on a big Dalida project and releasing a song with a well-known Japanese jazz composer. So yes &mdash; lots of exciting things coming soon!</p>

This is precisely what happened to Islam Khaled, a shop owner who was focusing on his work until he heard the crowd welcoming the Egyptian president and Macron.</p>
<p>Eslam Khaled, 28 years old, was thrilled to share his joy with Nile FM Radio. He recounted the behind-the-scenes moments of their visit, the selfie he managed to capture, and the unexpected memory that will stay with him forever.</p>
<p><strong>Q: What was your reaction when you saw the two presidents approaching you?</strong></p>
<p>"I couldn&rsquo;t believe my eyes out of sheer joy. It felt surreal&mdash;like something out of a dream. One moment we were just standing at our shop, and the next, two presidents were right in front of us. It was extreme happiness."</p>
<p><strong>Q: Did you speak with President El-Sisi? What was the conversation about?</strong></p>
<p>"Yes, after both presidents greeted me, President El-Sisi had a short conversation with us. He told us how important it is to take care of our country, especially because we are the heart of tourism in Egypt &mdash;we're the ones who meet the foreigners and represent the culture. He thanked us for our warm welcome and was genuinely pleased. President Macron was also very impressed with the whole atmosphere."&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Q: Can you tell us more about how the visit happened?</strong></p>
<p>"No one had any idea. It was a complete surprise for us and for the tourists in the area. President Macron was so delighted that he didn&rsquo;t want to leave. The visit just happened without any arrangements, and it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime moment."&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Hurry Up Tomorrow" is the sixth studio album by the Weeknd, also known as Abel Tesfaye.</p>
<p>The Weeknd has been teasing the album with many singles, including "Dancing in the Flames", "Timeless", and "S&atilde;o Paulo". The production will be handled by the Weeknd himself,&nbsp;Max Martin,&nbsp;Oscar Holter,&nbsp;Pharrell Williams,&nbsp;Mike Dean,&nbsp;Ojivolta, Twisco, and Sean Solymar, among others.</p>
<p>The album will be supported by the&nbsp;upcoming psychological thriller film of the same name directed by Trey Edward Shults.</p>

<p>&ldquo;<em>One of the worst things you can do is skip meals</em>,&rdquo; she says. &ldquo;Your body needs consistency. If you have three meals, don&rsquo;t skip one of them. Stress makes it harder to tune into what your body needs.&rdquo; So, what&rsquo;s the fix? Deep breaths, proper sleep, and enough food. Skipping meals leaves you hungrier later, affecting digestion and disrupting sleep. <em>&ldquo;A well-rested body is a well-functioning body. <p>Produced in the stomach, ghrelin signals your brain when it&rsquo;s time to eat. Its levels rise before meals, making you feel hungry, and decrease after eating. If you find yourself constantly craving food, ghrelin might be at play&mdash;especially if your eating schedule is inconsistent.</p>

<p>she stated in an interview with Nile FM that: <em>"Empowering woman in not a need, it's a necessity, so it's not only driving conferences but doing an impact, therefore this journey was all about impact, pulling women together from different verticals, industries, countries, and therefore we have diversity in terms of topics, but also in terms of people".</em></p>
<p>Dr. Hajar El Haddawy is the Director of the Digital Corporation Organization and a board member of the CEO Women Conference. In addition, El Haddawy has a background in intergovernmental relations and diplomacy. The focus of the 4th edition of the CEO Women Conference was "Women in Tech."</p>
<p>In an interview with Nile FM, she stated: "Empowering women is not a need, it's a necessity. It&rsquo;s not only about driving conferences, but also making an impact. This journey was all about impact&mdash;bringing women together from different verticals, industries, and countries. As a result, we have diversity not only in terms of topics but also in terms of people."</p>
<p>When asked about her role in the CEO Women Conference, Hajar replied, "The role, as you can imagine, is demanding! It's about building resilience in our member states from a digital economy perspective, but also ensuring prosperity for all. We drive projects to build resilience, empower GDP, and increase job creation in our member states. It&rsquo;s all about impact." She added that the goal is to build a community where all stakeholders, partners, and individuals can thrive together.</p>
<p>When asked whether women still face challenges or need to work twice as hard to achieve higher positions, Hajar responded, "Unfortunately, it's a fact that from one country to another, there are differences. There is a gap we need to work on, especially with the rise of AI." She continued, highlighting the importance of inclusivity in generative AI and the need for human-centered creation material. "Yes, there is a gap, and we need more women in the C-suite who have an impact on closing this gap."</p>
<p>Hajar also discussed the level of interest in the tech industry for women, saying, "It&rsquo;s very contradictory, and it depends on how we include women in corporations, enterprises, and how we guide them to build their own businesses. Of course, it&rsquo;s also important to include them in boards." She pointed out the significant gap: "The gap between universities and the tech industry is substantial. While 80% of university students are women, only 30% make it to board and C-level positions. We need to work on closing this gap and ensure women are empowered to reach the C-suite."</p>

<p>When asked about her definition of "Women Empowerment," Hajar said, "It starts with me. No one can empower you; you must empower yourself. What we need to do is share our experiences, provide more role models, and ensure more women are in decision-making positions. Confidence is the true empowerment of women."</p>

Dr. Hajar El Haddawy: Empowering Women and Building Resilience in Tech and Leadership

<p>Mr. Mostafa Hashem, Managing Partner of Focus Experiential Agency and Al-Manfaz Initiative, was NileFM's guest on "The Big Drive," and this is what he told us about &lsquo;Al-Manfaz&rsquo;:&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What exactly is Al-Manfaz?</strong></p>
<p>Let me take you a couple of steps back and tell you the story and how it evolved to Al-Manfaz. So we're focused on experiential marketing. We're a marketing agency. We've been in business for nearly 10 years now. And we've realised we've got a lot of marketing expertise, and we've got some amazing clients that we work with. So we thought, like, well, we could also take this to the next level and do something good for society using our experience and the support of the clients we have. And that's where the whole idea of creating this gateway or hub to enable corporates to create a different experience with all their CSR activities comes in. So, you know, corporations, they do a lot of corporate social responsibility activities, and they do a lot of support in the society. So we thought, instead of just doing donations and that's it, why don't we create an experience around the whole CSR activities corporates do in Egypt? And so they create an experience and support the society. So that's how the whole concept works. And it officially went live in 2023. So, that's when Al-Manfaz was born, and the first activity during Ramadan went live.</p>
<p><strong>What is that experience?&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>We are not an NGO ourselves. We're a for-profit organisation. But we do partner with two NGOs in Egypt who take care of the actual donation work. But we thought, let's create that different experience. We have created two events that we started in 2023. One is called Kolyum Hikaya, or Every Day a Story, and that happens in Ramadan. Every day during Ramadan we've got a story or an experience that one of our corporates shares with us. The second event is Back to School, so that happens towards September to support children in need when they're going back to school. And we call that Madrasta Al-Sa'adaa, or School of Happiness. So these are the two initiatives that we came up with to create those experiences.Ramadan EventThe way it works is that corporates sponsor the day and the experience, and the aim is to provide Ramadan boxes for those in need, and also we renovate kitchens during Ramadan. This year we're aiming for 100,000 boxes to be distributed across Egypt and renovating 100 kitchens all over the country. So we make sure that everyone gets a share of the boxes and also the kitchen renovations. And during back to school, we provide the children with supplies they need from a school bag, like the key things that you would need. We also provide a lunchbox with the actual supplies that they would need. So milk, drinks, and so on. We also participate in renovating schools. And I must say that this wouldn't have been possible without the support of the government. So I want to also take the opportunity to thank the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Her Excellency Dr. Maya Morsi, and also the Minister of Education, because you can't do social work without the support of those ministries. &nbsp;</p>
<p><br /><strong>What about the Ramadan event this year, and how does it differ from previous Ramadan events?</strong></p>
<p>We built this huge tent, which is actually a hub where it could hold up to 300 people at a time, and we built this belt similar to the ones you get at the airport where you see luggage moving on. That's where the boxes start to get loaded, and we have the corporates come in, and they contribute to the actual packing. But not only do they do the packing; there's a team-building activity involved, so they come in, they do a team-building activity, they do some exercise, a few icebreakers at the beginning, they do a few games, and so on, and then they actually start onto the packing activity. So is it teamwork?Absolutely, and the beauty is that you see everyone on board, from the CEOs and the executive team to all members of staff. Everyone is working hand in hand and participating together. So it becomes quite interesting, and it creates that memorable experience, and you're doing it for a good cause as well. So we're having fun. &nbsp;What's happening new this Ramadan? First of all, we're partnering with a team-building provider, Society of Play. They're going to be doing the team-building activities for the companies this year, so it's going to be a lot more exciting, with some new games involved. So that's one key thing, and it will hopefully create those better vibes and better experiences for those participating. We've also turned the location, the hub, into an Iftar place once the packing is all done. So, you can have your entire team enjoy Iftar in the same place right after you've done the packing activities and all the team-building exercises. So these are two key new things happening on the ground this year, but also the mission itself is getting much bigger. Last year, we aimed at 50,000 boxes.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>How many are there this year?</strong></p>
<p>This year, we're aiming at 100,000 boxes and 100 kitchens, so it's a much bigger challenge. We're aiming for more. There's a lot of packing, so you guys need to come over. What about the clients that participate with the Al-Manfaz Initiative?So obviously, without the clients, those corporates that take part every year, AlManfez would not exist. They are the ones that make the contribution. We have had clients with us since the first edition. Absolutely. They come in every year, participate every year, and they just don't get enough of it, which is absolutely. What&rsquo;s the beauty of Al-Manfaz? The beauty of Al-Manfaz versus just making a donation is actually participating in making it happen. The giving part, the donation itself, is fairly easy; like, if you get the means, you can make the donation, but it's taking the time from those executives and those corporates from the team members coming in, contributing, participating&mdash;that's what makes Al-Manfaz different than other activities.</p>
<p><strong>What about the new clients that participate with the Al-Manfaz Initiative?</strong></p>
<p>As I mentioned, there are quite a few clients, and some of them are new this year. Others have been with us since the first day of the first edition in 23. One other client I really want to give a shout-out for today is Maggie. Maggie has made a huge contribution this year as well. Whether it's to the boxes that are going to be distributed or the kitchen renovations as well. They've done a big chunk of the kitchen renovations this year, and they're also making an iftar on Mother's Day.How can other companies join you?We do have a few slots remaining. <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What makes jumping out of comfort zone hard for most people?</strong></span></p>
<p>It depends on the setting. People usually are afraid to do it when their friends are watching or when people they might know make fun of them. For example, when you start a TIKTOK account, people want to make silly videos. They will be worried about who will watch their videos, and one will &nbsp;feel embarrassed when they know someone is watching you. By the time you build confidence, you start to be brave.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Why do you think traveling, or going to an event scene is so intimidating for some people?</strong></span></p>
<p>People's biggest concern is their safety, so having someone there usually provides you with &nbsp;more safety, it makes you feel that &nbsp;if something would go wrong you will have someone you know there, &nbsp;especially if you go to foreign country, and you don&rsquo;t know anyone it does help comfort you, but at the same time just &nbsp;doing &nbsp;those new things alone is a great experience, it forces you to go out your comfort zone as long as you don&rsquo;t go into a bad accident God forbid , but it&rsquo;s a great experience, and there are good stories come out there.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What advice would you give to someone who &nbsp;has never jumped out of their comfort zone?</strong></span></p>
<p>I would say practice being more social like for example just joke around with your local barista a bit more, &nbsp;talk to strangers a bit more, safely of course and take precautions Speak to people around you more often especially strangers, &nbsp;just be more smiley be just more friendly, easier to talk to because people will approach you &nbsp;and it is &nbsp;a lot &nbsp;easier when you are &nbsp;approached than approaching someone. Also when you do go abroad, especially if people don't speak the language of &nbsp;that country, it's really intimidating to just speak with strangers but if you're already used to that and &nbsp;if it's in your blood, &nbsp;it's a habit. &nbsp;You just need that social energy cause you miss it so you going be forced to speak to others &nbsp;and before you know you going to be introduced to most amazing people, and they going inviting you to places you never thought you will go.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Do you think social media helps people to feel brave enough to take risks, or does it make them feel more hesitant?</strong></span></p>
<p>Definitely, more hesitant,&nbsp; if you think about it people could be very mean online, especially when &nbsp;the strangers &nbsp;are hiding behind the keyboard, they &nbsp;are more likely to share hurtful opinions about you, once you put yourself out there to everyone to be seen it&rsquo;s very dangerous, it is a risky game, so you must be super confident, and also don&rsquo;t care about people&rsquo;s &nbsp;opinions. Also, don&rsquo;t care about the &nbsp;positive opinions, because if you really care about those once those are gone you going to feel empty inside, you don&rsquo;t need reassurance from strangers so you need to be confident in whatever you're posting and just know that the first video post online or the first thing that you ever do it's never going to be perfect and you can always get better, and better and same time it's going to take you months, and years to perfect it so don't stress yourself.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What do you do to chase your dreams?</strong></span></p>
<p>I &nbsp;always tell people I do a lot of things for the younger version of me, there is something in life I don&rsquo;t want anymore, but I know that the younger me would be happy with, for example, I went to WrestleMania in the US, and I wasn&rsquo;t really a fan anymore but a younger version of me have loved to do.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>If you could give your younger self one piece of advice about taking risks, what would it be?</strong></span></p>
<p>I would say that you are never going to achieve your dreams if you just stay in your comfort zone, all the big dreams have some elements of risk in them, or otherwise, everyone would have done them, so if it&rsquo;s not risky, then it&rsquo;s not worth it. You got the &nbsp;leap of faith.</p>

<p>Meta revealed improvements to its virtual reality headset and Ray-Ban smart glasses in an effort to showcase its artificial intelligence capabilities and the company&rsquo;s slew of new hardware products.</p>
<p>Meta CEO, Mark Zuckerberg also showcased Orion, Meta's first real AR glasses, which he called &ldquo;the most advanced glasses the world has ever seen&rdquo;.</p>

<p>The smart glasses can project digital representations of media, people, games, and communications onto the real world, as the user can control Orion with his voice, or hand gestures.</p>
<p>Orion is not yet scheduled for release, but according to Zuckerberg, it will ultimately be the "first consumer full holographic AR glasses" from Meta.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The creator of the well-known card game Cards Against Humanity is suing Elon Musk's SpaceX&nbsp;for $15m, over claims of damaging and trespassing on land owned by his company in Texas.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The card game creator filed a lawsuit in Texas court claiming that SpaceX has been using the company's land as its own for at least the last six months.&nbsp;</p>
<p>According to the lawsuit, SpaceX, which had already purchased other nearby lands, had placed building materials such as gravel, and other debris on the property without obtaining authorization.</p>
<p>it's worth mentioning that Cards Against Humanity purchased the land mentioned in the lawsuit back in 2017&nbsp;as part of a stunt to prevent President Donald Trump's border wall from being built in the area, and the company said that they purchased the land after 150,000 subscribers had each contributed $15 towards the Cards Against Humanity Saves America campaign.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority, in a statement posted on its official Facebook account, on Sunday, 27th of March.</p>
<p>Egypt will experience warm daytime weather from the Northern regions up to Greater Cairo, while South Sinai and Southern Egypt will face hot conditions.</p>
<p>During the early evening, the weather will be mild, but by late night and early morning, it will turn cool across most parts of the country.</p>
<p><strong>Here are the predicted temperatures for the following cities:</strong></p>
