&ldquo;Wednesday&rdquo; star Jenna Ortega who had an astronomical rise to stardom after playing the iconic Wednesday Addams on the hit TV show, is reportedly in talks to reunite with director Tim Burton for a role in the sequel of 1988&rsquo;s classic &ldquo;Beetlejuice&rdquo;.
According to <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/jenna-ortega-beetlejuice-2-1235342774/">The Hollywood Reporter</a>, &ldquo;Beetlejuice 2&rdquo; is going to be shot in London this May and June, with Tim Burton helming the project, Michael Keaton reprising his role from the original film, and Ortega playing the daughter of Lydia which was the character played by Winona Ryder in &ldquo;Beetlejuice&rdquo;.

The news broke after the release of the highly anticipated film &ldquo;Scream VI&rdquo; which stars Ortega, Courteney Cox, and Melissa Barrera.
&ldquo;Beetlejuice&rdquo; was released in 1988 to critical and commercial acclaim, grossing more than $74 million in North America with a $15 million budget. The sequel has been in the works since 2014 when Burton announced that he has the script for &ldquo;Beetlejuice 2&rdquo; and he would like to work on it with Michael Keaton.
