Ingredients
2-3 very ripe bananas,
1/3 a cup of unsalted melted butter,
1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda,
A pinch of salt 3/4 a cup of sugar,
One egg,
One and a half cup of all purpose flour,
One tea spoon of vanilla extract.
Recipe
Step One: preheat the oven to 175 degrees and butter a pan.
Step Two: In a mixing bowl, smash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth.
Step Three: Add the butter, salt, and baking soda to the bowl and mix well.
Step Four: Mix in the remaining ingredients: Stir the mix in the sugar, the beaten egg, flour, and the vanilla extract.
Step Five: Pour the batter in the prepared loaf bread.
Step Six: Bake for 55-65 minutes on 175 degrees.

Your banana bread is now ready to be devoured. You can have it on its own, or with honey on the side or even with your morning coffee.
