During Ramadan, meals are restricted to the morning and evening hours, which alters our eating habits and slows down our bodies' metabolism. When we fast from sunrise to sunset, some of us may experience exhaustion and lightheadedness as a result of low blood sugar.
This Ramadan, you should focus on healthy eating and genuinely utilize the advantages of your fasting days by eating a balanced and nutritious diet for every meal. This will put an end to all of your fasting problems.

How to Balance:&nbsp;
The essential food categories that are necessary for a balanced meal should be in your plate during every Iftar. Every meal you eat throughout Ramadan should be filling and nutritious, but also substantial enough to provide you energy for several hours.
Plate Division:&nbsp;
As a general guideline, aim to have half of your plate full of vibrant fruits and vegetables, carbohydrates, and lots of protein, such eggs, poultry, fish, or red meat.&nbsp;
Remember that any healthy, well-balanced plate must include starchy carbohydrates (whole-wheat, brown pasta, potatoes, etc.), lean protein (chicken breasts, lean beef, fish, lentils, chickpeas), healthy fats (salmon, nuts, fava beans), and fiber (fruits and vegetables). Fiber helps keep our gut healthy and facilitates the digestion process.&nbsp;
To feel fuller and more energized the next day, make sure you up your intake of protein, starchy carbohydrates, and healthy fats throughout suhour. Add avocados or fava beans, which are a terrific source of good fats; you can also add almonds to your yogurt and eat it with other nuts.
