According to the Meteorological Authority in a statement posted on their official website on Monday, 12th May 2025, Egypt is expected to witness a drop in temperatures across the northern regions, including Greater Cairo and parts of southern Upper Egypt. The country will experience hot weather during the daytime, with extremely high temperatures in the far south. Nights and early mornings will be mild in most areas.

 Marsa Matrouh: 24&deg;C / 16&deg;C

 Luxor: 42&deg;C / 25&deg;C
 Aswan: 42&deg;C / 26&deg;C
